Our Process

Developed by CMO Dr. Curtis Hilda, our patented process has been designed to ensure compliance with all local regulations and features a commonsense approach towards safe and responsible catheter reuse.

IDENTIFICATION

One of the hardest steps to offering our unique service is the sourcing of used inventory. Hospitals are very protective of their biowaste streams, and with good reason. Our novel Reclaimation Partner contract has allowed us to pioneer exclusive relationships with select hospitals that allows them to remove catheters from their biowaste stream altogether.

RECLAIMATION

The most hazardous step in our process is reclaimation, or taking posession of previously used inventory. Great pains are taken to ensure the safety of our employess, as well as hospital staff, patients and community members as we secure this inventory and deliver it for processing.

SANITIZATION

Our patented formula is a proprietary mixture of abrasive and non-abrasive organic origin cleaners and detergents. This formula provides 99.98% protection against disease, rendering the catheters safe for use in most jurisdictions*. Aside from being effective, our cleaning formula is safe to handle. In fact, employees assigned to sanitization duty aren't even issued gloves!

REPACKAGING

Our commitment to saving the planet doesn't end with reclaimation or sanitization. Our packaging is made from 100% post-consumer plastic that is cleaned using a mild mixture of our patented formula. This ensures that our product is clean when you get it, and no new plastic is created to clog our waterways and fill our oceans.

REDISTRIBUTION

Our distribution network is capable of reaching any address in the world* and includes priority handling at the Port of Mogadishu through special arrangment with the Port Authority. Wherever possible, we will use animals instead of vechicles to deliver our product, reducing our carbon footprint and freeing up precious vechicles for other uses.
